Neuropathy pain is really hard to deal with and I sympathize with you. There are ways to reduce the pain that may or may not work for you. I have been trying to manage and live with neuropathy pain since 3 years now. I lost hope in the beginning years and I thought I wouldn't be able to live my life normally and without hindering my productivity. But about a year ago, there are a few changes I made in my lifestyle that made the biggest difference. The first thing I did was stop eating foods that I know are inflammatory. I know red meat triggered my pain so I stopped eating it completely, except for a few special occasions. Then, I started taking grape seed extract with comes in the form of OPC supplements (you can maybe get it from www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/opc-vital-opc-capsules). OPC supplements are great for reducing pain caused by autoimmune diseases. I still feel the pricks and needles and sometimes it is painful, but I can manage my pain much better with these few changes. And of course, keep taking your medicines too!
